Keeping our customers and staff safe while on site in our facility or off site in a customer’s facility is our #1 priority. All MBT Industrial’ employees are drug-tested and background checked. Field Services personnel are also subject to hair-follicle drug testing. MBT Industrial’ employees complete comprehensive in-house training and certify through the Contractors’ Safety Council Advanced Certification program. Staff is trained monthly and recertified annually.
